THERAPY SERVICES

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Nevada. In my practice, I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy to individuals and couples. I consider it a deep privilege to walk alongside my clients in their healing journeys.

Clinical APPROACHES

As a therapist, I value an integrative clinical approach that carefully considers the kind of support my clients individually benefit from. I believe my clients come to me with inherent instincts about their paths for healing, and I honor their self-determination as a driving force in our work.

Most often, you’ll find me blending relational psychodynamic, trauma and somatic frameworks; I also pull in elements of CBT, DBT and ACT when useful.  I prioritize therapeutic modalities that center the interconnectedness between body, mind, and spirit to support internal regulation and greater self-insight. I believe in collaboratively building a trusting therapeutic relationship, which serves as a foundation for gaining new clarity and accessing healing. You can expect me to bring warmth, humor and intention to our work together, as I support you in envisioning new possibilities for your life and relationships.

Perinatal Mental Health & Other Clinical Focuses

One of my main clinical focuses is supporting pregnant and newly parenting people as they navigate major transitions in their life. Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, infertility, loss and co-parenting can all have profound impacts on us and our relationships. I have advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and perinatal grief and loss. I am also certified through Postpartum Support International as a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. My perinatal work takes the form of psychotherapy with individuals and couples, one-on-one birth processing, support groups and group therapy.

Although perinatal work is one specialty of mine, I greatly enjoy working with a wide range of clients facing life transitions and relationship challenges. My clinical experience has ranged from working with teens to older adults on issues including depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, attachment struggles and issues related to identity and oppression. I am also passionate about working with emerging adults, as well as LGBTQIA+ identified folks.

I am currently in-network with most plans as part of the following insurance networks:
